All orders placed through our website www.joyasdelturco.com are produced from scratch and handcrafted according to your requests. We do not have ready-made products in stock. Production is carried out according to the following criteria upon your order:

Phone Model: Special production for the phone model you request.
Leather Type and Color: The type and color of leather you choose.
Personalization: Optionally adding letters or symbols.
Therefore, all our products fall under the category of personalized products.

2. Return and Refund Conditions
a. Returns on Personalized Products:

Legal Regulations: According to Article 15(b) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette on November 27, 2014, there is no right of withdrawal in contracts relating to goods prepared in accordance with the consumer’s requests or personal needs.
Production Process: The production process begins immediately after you place your order. Therefore, cancellation, return, or refund is not possible for personalized products.
b. Manufacturing Defects and Defective Products:

Right of Return: If a manufacturing defect is detected in the product, you can request a return within 14 days from the date you received the product.
Return Conditions: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories. Processing: After the defective product reaches us, it will be examined, and if found justified, a refund or product exchange will be made.
3. Properties of Natural Materials
Leather and Zinc Alloy Products: Our products are handcrafted using natural leathers and zinc alloy materials. Due to the nature of these materials, changes in color, scratches, or patina formation over time are considered normal and are not considered deformations.
Handcrafting Differences: Small differences may occur in handmade products. This ensures that each product is unique and distinguishes it from mass-produced products.
4. Incorrect Order and Exchange Conditions
Order Check: It is important to carefully check the product details and personalization options when placing your order.
Exchange Requests: You can submit your exchange requests before the production process begins (within 24 hours of the order).
